Wow - the end of last week totally slipped by! I didn't mean to go MIA for Thursday and Friday.
Thank you everyone for your anniversary wishes!! We ended up staying in since husband had class. Instead I brought the restaurant to us! We used the kitchen table that serves almost solely to put the laptops on, and made dinner, complete with champagne and chocolate torte for dessert. It was a very, very nice way to celebrate.
In knitting news - Mr. Postman left me a present Thursday...
Heh, no your monitors are not broken. The above is all already tagged for the Friends of Piddleloop Afghan Square Swap*. The balls that are in color are the one's I picked out for my personal squares.
* Also known as FoPASS. For the swap each participant is given another person to knit a 12"x12" square for each month. Each square must be sent to the recipient by a set date. Also, each month, each participant is supposed to knit a square to keep for themselves. At the end of each 3 month sign-up, everyone should end up with 6 squares, three they made for themselves and 3 that were made by others.
Here's my square as of Friday... it has since grown to 7 inches.
Only 5 more inches to go!
